They are honest in giving you information about what your car needs, without pressure, and the prices are affordable.”
“The people are polite & competent. It only takes a few minutes as opposed to 2 boring hours at the dealership. You get to choose the type of service you want instead of 1 size fits all AND they give you a bottle of water as you pull up. Plus you get to stay in your car. What’s not to like?!”

“This actually was a very good experience. It is extremely busy and not just because it is the day before Thanksgiving. They often have a line. I got there at 6:40 and I already had 3 ppl lined up behind me by the time we got to 7am when they opened. I very much appreciate the team for listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Thank you kindly for taking that time. It turned out I ended up having THREE flat tires. It took about 3 hrs to get this fixed because, originally, I didn't know if they could be repaired or needed to be replaced. So, the team took the time to inspect each one. I got antsy by hr 3, but absolutely not the team's fault. I appreciate the time you took to work on my car today! I wish I remembered the names of the team members who worked on my car so I could recognize them. They were wonderful. I will continue to come back to OS walmart for my tire needs.Also, GET ? THE ? WARRANTY ? FOR ? YOUR ? TIRES! It is worth it. I would have been charged a lot more today if they were not under warranty. I totally forgot I had that! Past me was looking out for future me.”
“I had a really great experience with my 2015 Mini Cooper last week with this shop. One of the mechanics I talked to ones a first generation mini which made me feel better! These guys did not stop working until they found the issues with my car. I even text them for updates. They were great! The work was expensive, but when is getting your car worked on cheap.
