It makes a difference when we feel valued as a customer. This Office Depot on Pass Road in Biloxi is one of those stores. Michael Berl, the Sales Supervisor, is knowledgeable and always ready to help with any issue. Today, I had priced items I planned to purchse online. The online discount was not offered in the store. Michael helped me with this and I was able to save the difference and more.

Alivia and Hunter were awesome. They should train other employees, at every store I can think of that I go to how to treat customers. They took care of all of my needs and were very gracious and helpful while doing so. They were like service people were 30 years ago.

Very rude service, especially the female Manager.
My dad needs to renew his UK passport, and a colour copy of his Identity card is required from the UK government. The staff refused to colour copy his Identity card and told them this is illegal. There is no proof showing that it is illegal to color copy a foreign identify card. My dad tried to show the manager the email from the UK government who requested for the color copy document. But the manager was very rude and scolded at them. She told my parents that she will call the police straight away to arrest them.
Is the staff trying to push away their customers so that they have less work to do or is this racial discrimination? My mom and dad are 70 years old, and they were panic and almost got a heart attract!! They are telling the truth and even showing her the proof politely. The identify card belongs to my dad with his photo on it. My mom told the staff that they can put a copy stamp or write something on the photocopy to show that this is a copy used to renew passport only. If they really don't want to do so, they can explain to them nicely instead of being so horrible!

I was able to pop in and out using the scanner to complete a home based project. Great customer service at the register as well with some on sale items. HAPPY 2024!

I receiver polite assistance, shown, not "pointed" to my interest. My questions were answered helpfully and with a smile. I was treated very pleasantly. Am 95 ad appreciate little things like that. If I don't get it, I just leave.BWard
