This place is not by appointment only, but when I went today I got there at 5 and for some reason she couldn't see me. She said she was working on somebody else so I'm assuming they don't have other nail technicians or she just didn't want to see me because when she got done with the ladies Nails whom she was doing I guess she just wanted to run out.

Phuong is AMAZING! She knows her craft and she has gotten me out of some sticky "self style" situations. Aside from her professionalism, she is easy to talk to and does her best to understand what makes her customers happy. LOVE her!
