This store used to be decent. Now if you choose to use self checkout because they like to throw heavy stuff on top of bread, eggs and fruit or you just don't want to deal with another human and decide to use self checkout they act like you're stealing. The employees used to be friendly and helpful now they're angry, gossipy, loud and rude. At 6 they close the entrance and funnel everyone through the exit. I didn't want to drive to the super center and since this is my only other option I went to the this location. As myself and other customers walked in they yelled NO CASH CARD ONLY. So the whole store isn't accepting cash? Come on. I know most Walmart employees aren't happy for various reasons but whoever they've hired here in the past 8 months is really scraping the bottom of the barrel. It almost feels silly writing a Walmart review because it's Walmart, they don't care about their customers but really this place is garbage now. Walmart needs to do better.

These two associates cost me $25 on a money order transaction. They said I couldn't return it because it was written on and the are absolutely wrong. Because as long as it hasn't been cashed all you need is the receipt. Perhaps you should reeducate the people working that counter so they don't cost your customers any more money!

They staff is always friendly and willing to assist a guests! Miesha should be in managemen, she displays a happy demeanor and greets all who enter and or has a proble. This has been my observation every time I visit. I don't usually go to Walmart #Target, but that will change.

Stopped by the Deli around 5PM today and there was one employee behind the counter. As we approached, she went toward the back. Once we got to the counter, she asked us what we needed. I asked if they had Smoked Gouda and she said No. I said alright and then asked if they had Hard Salami. She said yes but it was going to be 10-15 minutes before she could get it for us. No reason given. We left and never went back because of the rudeness and lack of service provided by this employee. Didn't get her name but she was a younger black female in the Deli around 5PM on 1/30/23. Imagine if she worked at a Burger King and someone goes in to order and she says, "You'll have to wait 10- 15 minutes to order" Absolutely ridiculous. Hopefully you can provide this employee with additional training with emphasis on customer service. She also needs some DIVERSITY training too.

This place was OK while I was in this place. Now granted, it was Thanksgiving Day so I didn't find much of anything since I'm sure that a lot of people came and raided the place and got everything. I'm not a resident of Biloxi but my in-laws are and they like coming down to here since it's right up the road from there house. I've been here a couple of times but I would like to see a lot more variety of things that you might find at other places but all in all it's pretty decent.

It's the usual neighborhood Walmart and I'm so glad that it's there. My only problem is they let all the employees smoke right next to the entrance on the side and it always smells terrible walking in and out of the place. Other than that feature it's very clean and everyone is always friendly.

So this is my favorite grocery store in the area, but let me tell you what happened! Picture it: long day at work, distracted with thoughts of a hot fudge sunday ice cream at Dairy Queen, you look down and realize...you have locked your purse, your keys, your cell phone in your trunk. Yes. But thank you Shiba and Robin, both associates at the store! Robin used her own cell phone and Shiba helped me to find a Pop-A-Lock nearby. I was back in my care in less than 30 minutes. And BTW...pop-a-lock gets a good review, and so does Dairy Queen :-)

This is a nice store. It looks pretty new to me. It's nice and bright and clean inside and out. From what I can tell they have the same selection of products as every other "Neighborhood Market". The shelves are well stocked and it's easy to find stuff, even if you're just wandering around. They have a decent produce selection with more organic choices than other grocers in this area.

Yesterday afternoon i came here for the first time, being a temporary worker in this city. Not a big advocate for Walmart, but the market concept seemed interesting. And it's on the Popps Ferry busline! There was a fair amount of healthy and international foods. Cheese selection made me buy more than i set out to....(yeah, it's that good). The reason for this review is a shout-out to the cashierette - so helpful! I brought my own bag, intending to avoid plastic. She was very accommodating- making sure i wouldn't smash me tomatoes or carry too much weight in said bag. This was the register closest to produce in the afternoon hours. Really, a genuine gal. At one point a young lad asked if he could help me. Why, yes. Where is the wine section? He explained Mississippi liquor law as it pertains to grocery stores. Very odd. But when in Rome... Overall a good experience.
