Looked up online what time the drive-thru opened to get there before work and was excited to see 0730. Got there after a 30min drive at 0725 to learn it didn't open till 0800. Thankfully I was first in line but it made me that much more later to work. Had I known the correct time I'd have planned differently.

Been over a week since activating my prescriptions and still no notification. Now with Vet Day here, they are closed!

I keep getting an automated message that I have a medication to be picked up. The problem is that I have not order and medication. This is happening about every 45 - 90 days. What's going on with their automated pharmacy system???

My wife was called by "19 year Master sergeant" April Robinson. The call was made from April's personal phone (which was almost certainly unsecure). She called specifically to insult my wife from her position of entitlement and to talk down to her. Why she felt she had the right to call and harass the wife of a disabled veteran is beyond me and is extremely inappropriate. The fact that not only she is still in the military, but has made it 19 years and to MSgt makes me worry for future of the Air Force and the veterans they still serve.

Leadership is EXTREMELY unwilling to accommodate patients with disabilities.

Very thankful they have a pharmacy. Drive over an hour to get there but it is well worth it. Sometimes they make it difficult but so does the local pharmacy. Time frame, sometimes 10 minutes or 2 hours…depends

Worst pharmacy I've seen in 40 years in the DoD.
Activations take 24 hours to 3 business days, THEN you have to wait another 2 to 3 hours to pick up. Even in the old days of paper only, I saw pharmacies just as busy getting the job done.

Ask your doctor to send your prescription to a Tricare partner pharmacy in town.

When you take into account the volume of prescriptions they handle- they do a wonderful job ?

30minute to 1 hour wait for prescriptions is not okay. We’re averaging 1 car every 5-10 minutes and when there are 30 cars it takes a long time. There’s no reason it should take that long if the prescriptions are ready.Side note I’ve waited a WEEK to get a “your drugs are ready” text. Still nothing. So pray for me that they have them ready

This drive thru Pharmacy is a JOKE! They first have an unnecessary maze to get through then they have two lanes but NEVER are both open. A total waste if they don’t use it. The waiting time far exceeds any other military or civilian pharmacy. Time to use efficient downtown pharmacies.

Takes way too long to activate a scrip. Then waiting in a maze of cars to get it for at times an hour or more, is incredibly difficult for older retirees. There has to be a better way to do this.

I waited half an hour bcos their opening time says 7:30 and could see people walking around inside but they didn’t bother to let anyone in until past 8 am. Very inconvenient for night shift
