My experience with Joe Hudons was top notch! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date every few days on my vehicles progress. I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome of my car when it was finished. I could not tell a difference from the day I drove it of the lot (brand new) to the day I drove it out of their shop! And the fact it was detailed, added an extra special touch. Was not expecting that! I could not recommend them more! Great job to you all! Hopefully I won't need you again, but if I ever do, you guys will be the first shop I call!! Thanks again! ❤️

Very professional, polite, kept me posted daily on the progress and cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up. They promised it back to me on January 13. It was ready for me to pick up on January 9. I was very satisfied with their service.

Progressive sent me here after a minor accident. Everyone was friendly on time and prompt. I received txt messages and calls updating me on the repair and best of all, it was done earlier then expected and done right! I would definitely recommend Joe Hudson Biloxi to my family and friends.

Hands down the absolute best place to have your vehicle repaired. Josh was absolutely amazing and listened to our needs and wants and ultimately wanted our vehicle to be safe to drive, and he made our dreams come true. I love the way they communicate and the customer service is top notch.

Joe Hudson’s exceeded my expectations in regards to completing the repair. Perfectly matched my three stage paint and the end result looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Very professional and super easy to work with throughout the process.

Had originally scheduled drop off for Friday at 12pm. Receptionist lady calls on Tuesday telling me I can only drop off today or tomorrow. After telling her I already confirmed for Friday, she gets an attitude and keeps saying they don’t allow drop offs Thursday or Friday. I tell her my rental car isn’t ready until the originally scheduled day. She proceeds to tell me to call them and figure it out. My husband who originally scheduled called and she had an instant attitude telling him “I know I get that”. I cancelled the repair. Why am I going to pay you thousands for you to have an attitude and be unorganized?
