Great family place. The only thing is I never got to experience the 5 o'clock somewhere attitude. Bars at the pool were usually not tended or just very slow. I ordered a drink at the pizza place and watched the bartender start talking with other customers after I got there. He served 6 other people before starting with my order. The place wasn't busy and I was there first. Check in was thorough and the front desk ladies were super friendly.
Safety: I don't recommend doing this but we left our bags unattended at the pool and nobody bothered our stuff. Money, phones, etc... were there and safe.

Other than Doe's, the restaurants at this place, or at least the management thereof, need to be removed and replaced, terrible service all around...
BUT the pool/slides, rides, and arcade were a ton of fun for our 5 year old. Hotel and park staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was clean, but the pull out bed was broken, one of the sinks would not drain, and the fridge either froze everything or was puddled with melted ice. Not the fanciest place by a long shot, really needs some maintenance work put in, but fun enough for kids if you can look past the negatives. I probably wouldn't come here looking for an adultish vaca, or if you're annoyed by substandard amenities.

It was a fun time. The pics on the website are a little deceptive. The water park area is much smaller than it appears. But nonetheless it was fun and clean. The service was great and we had a great time. The arcade is spectacular! We didn’t pay the extra but the amusement park looked neat. Doe’s was spectacular! The hostess was a little cranky but our waiter was on point and the food was so good.

Did not stay overnight. Bartender Ken Johnson was awesome at his job. Very pleasant, professional and attentive. Made our visit lots of fun.

Managers & Employees just stand there doing not a Damn Thing

Employees don't even know how to Treat Respects each others & Guests
The Guests come to the Casino Resorts we bring all of you your Paychecks because if guests/people don't come spend money there then how will Casinos pay all of you & all your Rudeness

The pool/water park gets 5 stars. That’s the only good thing about this resort. The employees were slow and some rude. No one ever answered the front desk phone from the room. The worst part was the elevators- they have it posted that certain times take longer but it’s literally ALL the time. There are always super long lines, they skip floors, or stop on every floor. It took literally 10 min to just get on an elevator every time. Also, every written thing was wrong- one thing said happy hour was a certain time, another said different. And the swim up bar said they don’t observe happy hour but it’s not written anywhere. They also tried to make us pay for our 4 yr olds wrist band even though the website says 5 and under don’t need one. And tried to charge us for early check in when we just went to another desk and got in just fine. Very inconsistent and disappointing.

UPS and downs. The pizza place was the best tasting but I got racially discriminated against by a rude black bartender in front of her underaged friends she was serving. People doing wrong are more likely to attack you. Management made it right though.
The coffee shop was perfect on the tenth floor. Hailey and Breanna cheered me up and saved the day.
First floor check in also had another lady with a terrible attitude, not towards me but directed towards floor ten and it was inappropriate.
The pool is great and love the food in general

Was not a good experience. Elevators were so crowded, confusing, and awful. The pool shut down at 8:00 after being closed for storms earlier in the day. Restaurants were slow, short on help, and pricey. Too much money for little value.

We ate at the Margaritaville café and we were not impressed. Very pricey for average food. Service was very good.

Just went here for the 4th and great room ( comfy two queen beds) but the tv kept cutting out a lot. Only two towels for 4 people. Hot in the rooms! If you are a person who walks to the bathroom at night be very careful they have unnecessary benches in front of the beds. So be very careful. The mini fridge didn’t work. The phone to front desk do not work. This place is $$$$ so be prepared to spend a lot more extra $$$. The pool is very crowded w lots of underage workers and kids who just cut in line and have foul mouths. Worst part: the elevators! No air in them. Crowded gets to 11-13 people in each time. They need more elevators. You will spend about an extra 5-12 min for an elevator and the amount of stops and people. So be prepared. Pizza was not worth it. Go to domions or somewhere for a large for way less. Arcade be prepared to see a lot of the machines not work.
Rooms: Very spacious room. View is hit or miss. Check the air the fridge and the towels before getting settled.
Nearby activities: Golden nugget has Starbucks and sushi! Not too overly priced they also have a breakfast buffet for 16$ at bubba Gump. The toasted yolk is a great place to go for brunch. Very reasonable price for drinks. Beau rivage has buffets and shops! Hard rock has more options for food and quick food such as Dunkin’ Donuts , pizza, Anne anns pretzels. Etc.
Walkability: Very crowded place. The only place here not crowded is halls to ur room.
Noteworthy details: * elevators are horrible.
* pool is crowded.
* be prepared to spend more $$$
* the phones don’t work so go down to lobby

Rooms: the rooms are very clean, the housekeeping staff are the hardest workers they make sure that you have a clean and comfortable stay.
Nearby activities: golden nugget is right next door,, and the rest of the casinos are right down the road on 90.

My grandbabies had a wonderful time!!!! So did I....smile. We did not get a room there.

Safety: Me and my family felt very safe
Food & drinks: The food in the restaurant was very good.
