So I tried to get a car wash here yesterday, and unfortunately my car didn’t get to the right part of the sensor to fully activate it. Therefore, I paid for a car wash I didn’t get. I was pretty ticked off because there was nobody there to rectify the situation. However, I called and the next day the owner called me back. He made the situation right immediately and gave me a car wash coupon to make up for it. He was very helpful and went out of his way to provide good customer service. Thank you!!

No conveyor belt so hard to clean evenly for underbody wash. Also the car wash was down for repair most recently and it was hard to back out of the ramp. Perhaps put barriers up so people know it's closed.

Great place to clean your vehicle lots of options for detailing it. Great vacuums. Money well spent. Wish they would wash the tops of your vehicle

I heard a scraping noise while in the car wash... While the passenger side of the car wash was not really operating correctly (the spinning brushes were hardly moving)The next day (in the day light) as I washed my car late that night, I saw my car has several DEEP scratches and scrapes on over on the passenger side of my car from front to back! I am soo pissed off and upset about this, and will NEVER use this car wash again!I wish there was a way to prove that the car wash was the cause of the damages but in a court of law I would have to have some defining proof, so it would not be worth it to suit, but if I could prove it, I would...Or better yet if the owner would stand up and be honorable and reply to this rating and take responsibility and pay for the repairs, that would be the ideal situation! I have not reached out to the owner, as I have no contact information for them!

Didn't even get my car washed. The customer in front of me had their money taken and only got the bottom of their vehicle sprayed.

I highly recommend the Hurricane Express Car Wash in Irmo SC! This place is fast, clean, and managed by a wonderful team! They're Haunted Car Wash is amazing! Just the right amount of spooky coupled with friendly, professional service!!!

Decent car wash. Always misses about a 2 inch strip in the middle of the back of the car. Vacuum token with a wash.

I paid $9 for a halfway carwash that spent so little time with soap & brushes, had very little of a rinse, which ultimately left soap on many spots that I had to rinse off myself later on. Lastly, the dryer is massively unimpressive at EVERY carwash that isn't MANUAL - MANUAL CARWASHES are the ABSOLUTE BEST, so don't waste your money here, go to a manual one & get YOUR MONEY'S WORTH ‼️‼️

This place is awesome. Especially at night there's flashing lights everywhere. I felt like I was at a rave! Also, after paying, don't go into the car wash too fast. Sometimes the free vacuum token takes a minute to pop out. Otherwise it's like 5 quarters to use the vacuums.

Hi, the last 2 times I have used this car wash( purchasing the $9.00 option) the car wash has cut off and not rinsed the soap off my vehicle. Leaving soap spots every where. I called the business number provided but got no answer. I'd like a refund

It was okay I needed my car washed and wiped out, it was a little pricey but ok, the dash board was not fully wiped off
