“(4-6-24) The Palace is still my favorite casino! It's non-smoking policy is a big plus for me! Their variety of slot machines and automated gaming is excellent! Their eateries are awesome! I believe that their is prime rib every evening in the Buffet. I really like to eat in the Sports Book while I'm watching a game or horse race. There is no point in breathing second hand smoke when you have a choice. I guess I don't gamble enough to get comped rooms, but I do get a reduced rate.”

“Recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Hotel in Biloxi Beach, Mississippi, and I have to say, it was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed – just what you need for a beach getaway.I had a bit of a hiccup when there was maintenance on the fire sprinklers, which left a smoky smell in my room. But the staff were super accommodating, swiftly arranging a room change without any fuss. The new room was just as comfy and inviting as the first, ensuring my stay wasn't dampened by the unexpected.The hotel itself is well-maintained, with spacious rooms that offer all the comforts of home. Plus, the location can't be beaten – you're just a stone's throw away from the relaxed Biloxi Beach.I'm impressed with their customer service and how they turned a small inconvenience into an opportunity to show just how much they care about their guests' comfort. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Hyatt Place Biloxi Beach – a hotel that knows how to make the best out of any situation!”

“During "Crusin' the coast" the manager let us park our snow cone stand. Everyone was so nice! The rooms were clean and the staff was great! Not at all what I expected! It was so beachy, and no carpet in room!!!! A plus for us!”

“food was great I really ienjoyed the streak quesadilla and the Caesar salad really liked one of the Beers they had on top as well it had a pecan flavor. Service was really good and quick. I would totally eat here again while staying at the Doubletree.”

“Very accommodating! There was something on the floor and they had nothing available except an upgraded room, which they gave us without hesitation! Very hospitable and room service was prompt! The pool is awesome and I would definitely stay there again!Nearby activities: Shuckers Stadium! Enjoy a baseball game or go fishing!!”

“The rooms were clean but really old and run down. The bathroom door would not really close without the force of the almighty. The real issue with this location was the lack of service. There was rudeness at check in. Rude in the morning when I asked for towels (as if I have any clean towels- luckily a young man swooped in). Then there was no breakfast in the bar and a lot of complaining about having to fill the food that was there. The location was convenient, but cannot recommend just on the rudeness of staff.”

“We met 6 members of the family here for a birthday celebration… I am so allergic to seafood that they recommended Jim and I go upstairs and have lunch! The view is very nice and it’s a beautiful restaurant with extremely friendly staff!! Rasheed ( not sure of the spelling) was very friendly and gave us superior service ! My steak sandwich with country fried garlic potatoes was really good!! Jim enjoyed his fried shrimp po boy ! We will be back!”

“For those looking for a great property to live at, I would highly recommend this property. We lived here for 2 years in a two bedroom townhome before we purchased a home. Had we not, we would still be here. The property is easy to get to, yet tucked off away from any riff raff. The entire property is well maintained all year and is always clean. Any maintenance request is promptly and properly taken care of. The ponds offer a great view and are packed with fish for those who want to fish. The pool area is always clean. The property is quiet, offers a sense of safety, and several police officers live on the property. The property definitely chooses quality tenants as there were never any issues in the years we lived there. The Maintenance crew are friendly and the property Manager, Debbie is courteous and professional. The parking is assigned which is great as we encountered issues everywhere else we lived as far as finding a spot to park. There is plenty of guest parking for any guests you may have also. The unit that we lived in had nice hardwood floors which were easy to keep clean. It has lots of natural light and high ceilings which give it a good aesthetic. Appliances are not dated and work properly. The units are quiet and walls are thick so you will almost never hear your neighbors. It had a large attic for storage as well. They are well insulated and our electric bill was very reasonable. The central air is newer and appropriately sized to the unit unlike most apartments/townhomes. The price you pay for what all you get at Southwind is more than reasonable especially compared to other properties in the area. It is not a low quality property and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, safe place to stay.”

“I recommend this Beach Blvd (US Hwy. 90) location for your travels in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Friendly staff, and warm cookies greet you. We paid a bit extra for beach/gulf view, but unless you HAVE to have a view, it was a bit noisy from the highway. Our room was super clean and well maintained. There seems to always be fresh coffee in the lobby. EVERY staff member we interacted had a smile and a pleasant greeting.That means a lot! Convenient to everything costal, historic, cultural, and edible! I stay at a lot of Hamptons and this is one of the best I have visited.”

“The ac in our room was very finicky. Upon checking in it was off and we had to keep adjusting it throughout the day because it would randomly turn off or the temperature would rise. The room was very muggy, humid at times and smelled of mold. Definitely could benefit from having a dehumidifier. The bed was also uncomfortable. Other than that our stay was great given the price! Room location was perfect since we brought our two dogs. Front desk was very sweet and service was prompt. Will most likely stay again when we visit.”

“We enjoy this casino very much. Locals come here and that says something. We are Caesar members and this is our second trip here as we travel often.Our room is very nice, however our housekeeper blatantly cut corners on cleaning standards but this was resolved quickly by the front desk with a phone call, housekeeping re-cleaning the room.The restaurant choices are endless from burgers to fine dining at Magnolias which I recommend.The casino itself is fun with lots of choices for gaming and real opportunities for incredible wins.Staff members and servers are attentive and friendly.We’ll be back!❤️”

“Have to say I was shocked at the picture's and some of the reviews. Maybe under new management because we had a great experience. We were allowed early check in , nice room , great rate, staff was always nice , accommodating. Some of the furnishings in the room have obvious ware and tare however room was clean, bedding was clean, fresh. Breakfast was nice for being included in the rate, free laundry, beds comfortable and no wifi issues.”

“The staff here was great. They really do check the rooms for smoking vs. non-smoking; violate the rules you get charged the $250 fine. Which was nice knowing our room wouldn't stink or be covered in animal dander. Bed was comfy enough, be prepared to get out by 11, because 10:30 they start banging on the door. 4 lamps in the room and only one had a light bulb. Other than that, stay was great.”

“Nice location across the street from the beach and in walking distance to big play entertainment and several good places to eat. Good size room clean except for the wet very dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door. Small breakfast bar waffles cereal ”
