When are we going to start working back at the bank and stop working from home as a shareholder I think the reflection in the downturn of the value of the shares it's starting to reflect that perhaps the construction department is not pulling their weight and other departments seem not to be pulling their weight and other people are hunt at home are slacking off and not doing their job and other people are doing a very highly concerted job and effort of carrying the workload for people who are not so I applaud the Hancock Whitney bank for how it handled the situation for the fast couple of years but the working from home situation should come to an end to the battlement of the shareholders and the value of the stock

Worse experience ever. I went to change a $50 bill for my small business. The guy decided to yell at me for my name for just change. I proceeded to tell him my business name and he instead decided to send me my money back. How embarrassing. I have been doing business with Hancock Whitney for over 12 years if I want to just ask for change without having to provide all my life story that should be allowed. It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and disrespectful these tellers have become and they are here to not just serve customers but service the community. Wow I will now be canceling all 12 of my business accounts with this institution. Don’t even go to the Howard Avenue branch in Biloxi. Worse experience EVER.

The WORST customer service I have ever encountered at a bank in my life! Lisa your teller was abrasive, rude and very unhelpful. We have banked with Hancock Whitney since 2017 and over this past year your customer service has gone down the toilet.

Our company has dealt with Hancock bank for decades. They are always helpful and ready to assist us with all of our banking needs. As times have changed, and fraud is on the rise, they have adjusted their practices to keep our funds safe and our business secure.
