“This gas station is the absolute best!!! So accommodating for people traveling from out of state in just their car. All inclusive showers, a very clean place to change clothes, washers and dryers for laundry, complimentary microwaves, plastic utensils, and hot water to heat up your food, you name it they’ll have you covered. They even had the highest quality buckets of soapy water by the gas pumps to clean the windows of our dirty car. Not to mention gas was sooo cheap, it only cost $27 to fill all the way up. From the bottom of my heart, I love Love’s ??”
“I would put 5 stars the people and goods are great. But if you buy a vape here make sure you get the most expensive one if you go for a cheap one it stops working like right away I went there n got an old Hyde, black juice and burnt coil, I called back n went back to replace it I got it replaced with a different bran's Mr fog, it worked great then I got down the road and it quit on me I was too frustrated to go back a 3rd time to get it replaced again, but yeah 4 stars because the people are kind and respectful and easy to get along with.”

“I JUST WANTED A COKE ZERO AND DRINK IT IN PEACE in the DESIGNATED 15 MINUTE CUSTOMER PARKING.
Saturday 10/11/24 I purchased a drink and snack, parked in the designated 15 minute customer parking space not bothering anyone and took a SIP of my drink. An ARMED SECURITY GUARD approached my vehicle insisting I leave. I DID NOTHING WRONG, just trying to chill. I had choice words because he threatened to have me tresspassed and arrested. Since I wasn't allowed that courtesy, I returned inside to ask for my money back and it was at that time a classic "rent a cop" was following me inside,telling me I was trespassing and was now BANNED from returning. Well, I sought out POLICE. I just wanted to drink my drink and go along my way and rightfully took offense. There was NO NEED for this unnesasary treatment.
I left and sought out a Biloxi Police officer and spoke with them about it. The message is that it is private property and the management there authorized ARMED SECURITY to behave that way and was kind enough to direct me to a number of alternative businesses where I could enjoy my delicious beverage.
I suggest avoiding this place. Complaints of poor customer treatment and rude management are common. I wasn't looking for trouble, didn't want any trouble, but I sure got plenty of it. All over trying to drink the drink I bought there in the designated space provided. There are plenty of gas stations, snacks and drinks nearby. I'll not EVER be back and I'm sure they don't care.”

“This place is getting better day by day honestly wish the kids that were trying to work there hadn't quit but they were underpaid and underappreciated, totally understood but sometimes in places like that it takes a lil time to get appreciation from the customers. This place is growing and could grow even better w good workers they've got 2 great ladies rn they need good help from the public breakfast here I come and lunch before I leave! They have alot of tables for the customers to sit and are doing there best to build there hot deli. Are we a community or just individuals doing for ourselves?”
“This place usually has the best price for diesel. Even though they have limited diesel pumps, the wait usually is not bad. Especially when it's usually a lower price than other places close by. They also carry DEF by the pumps without having to go inside to purchase separately.”

“I have watched this store go from it's worst to the best I've ever seen it. The staff are very helpful. Ever since it's been under new management the parking lots aren't full of homeless people begging for change and the store is clean. I love going in this store. The manager always preorders my cigarettes.”
“I hope management reads this!! The ladies who work the store in the afternoons (not sure of their names, but all of them!) are some of the nicest and sweetest people!! They always greet me with a smile and ask how my little guy is doing (sometimes he comes in with me). If I could give more than 5 stars for the wonderful customer service I would!! “You could always find this Shell station very busy as it sits across from two of the largest casinos in Biloxi. Prices at the pump normally are about the same as they are elsewhere in the immediate area. Inside you'll find the normal convenience store fair at comparable prices to other locations of the same type. Staff is always friendly and service is normally pretty quick except when they are packed. Not a lot of space to navigate around the gas pumps so you have to be careful in that regard watching for traffic coming from different directions. Not a lot of local traffic as it seems most that stop here are from out of town... Either coming or going from the casinos. If you search you can find cheaper prices, but you are paying for the convenience of it being right there if you're just cruising the coast or visiting the casinos along the beach. I would recommend this place if you need some place convenience and don't want to look around for better prices for gas.”
