The D'Iberville location always takes great care of me when I come in, cars are always clean and maintained, and always attempt to be courteous of the time they take to ensure the transaction goes as efficiently as possible.

Terrible service, they don't tell you anything about what to bring there, after I waited an hour, they come to ask for address papers. Terrible service, they had no ethics or options to help us. After that, they wanted to give us a more expensive car and the car that had been chosen. They gave it to someone else. This establishment is not capable of helping or providing terrible service.

Made a reservation several weeks out, went to pick up vehicle and was told they did not have it. The manager never called, or even came out to talk with me. They made a junior associate deal with it who did their best, but they were stuck! They had no answer other than it will not be available in two days. I fortunately used some other resources, to get the SUV we ordered but it wasn't with much help from Enterprise management. The associate revealed that this was more common than not, so be careful reserving a car from Enterprise, I would call a day or two ahead and make sure before you get jammed up. On a good note, we finally got the SUV, it was nice, and we received a 20% discount.

Car was reserved with Enterprise weeks in advance for a one-way car rental from D'Iberville, Mississippi to Ft Myers, Florida to attend my uncle's memorial service. Price was much higher and I accepted the charge. We arrived in Biloxi on a charter flight from Northern Illinois and planned to drive because there were no direct flights to Ft Myers. Enterprise calls to confirm the car rental the day before and mentions they were charging 75-cents a mile additional for the car rental even though there was nothing indicating such a charge at the time of purchase. They said it would be approximately $700 additional. The additional charge was confirmed by the manager. We canceled our reservation and missed the memorial service. Our return charter had already left, and it cost us $1000 for an uber and last minute flights home for my husband and I to return to Northern Illinois. I've never had a bad rental experience with any company, but this was over the top. Enterprise has shown me their advertised price isn't what you'll be charged. Is this legal?

My 2024 Kia was in shop getting worked on from a hit and run it was a SUV. My insurance company uses Enterprise. Enterprise gave ma a 2021 Chevy Spark. The Spark is a match box it’s so little. I called for days trying to get a bigger car because I have teenagers they said they would call me back but haven’t also woke up to take my daughter to school and the car wouldn’t start had to call a friend to jump start the car.

I'll start off with I have had $2,700 points stolen for me for this company and they have yet to do anything about it. if they realize that you aren't a switch stuck up person, they start treating you like garbage. This branch is probably the worst, they denied my mother a car the other day because Mrs. Bree thought she heard something and she didn't and the Lovely woman made a decision based on that, & didn't want to hear anything afterwards. Let's just say we should be thankful that I still have to use Enterprise. If you can help it, go somewhere else

We had a seamless process picking up and dropping off. Kenya helped us with our drop off and was super pleasant. The conversation on the ride back to our hotel made me want to rent from this particular location again. I know being in a tourist area some places can get a bad rap but this location and their employees are amazing.
