It's Christmas eve and they are pretty busy. They have 1 self check out open and one human ringing out customers. There was another lady who was working standing behind the self checkout watching. She did not speak to any customers. Instead she watched one lady struggling to hold her items and she saw myself attempting to use self check out watching me like a hawk. I had my handheld basket in 1 hand scanning and bagging with my other hand. So I sat my basket on the ground to be able to self checkout better. Once I sat my basket on the ground she walked around and watched me from there. If she had time to watch me like a criminal she could have atleast spoke. I didn't have a purse or a bag, nothing. Just my card in my hand. I shouldn't have to Che k myself out and be looked at like a damn criminal. It has me so mad. Atleast speak and say hey, merry Christmas. Nope let's watch her scan 3 two liter drinks, paper towels, and some forks and make sure she knows we're watching her so she can't steal. I hardly ever shop in that store. Thanks DG. Your paying people to be unfriendly and profile us as criminals. Good work.

To Ms. Regina the store manager, I had the pleasure of visiting your store for last minute Thanksgiving items and had the pleasure of speaking with Mara and Jessica! They were a true delight! The upmost professionals, they showed me the new remodel and pointed me to the sale items. They were a pleasure and I can’t wait to come back to this store. The other stores don’t compare!

the cashier at the time was very disrespectful my mother and I had been on the road all day dropping off my middle brother at a trade school we stopped to get a snack and at checkout the cashier was blatantly racist as I asked to use the restroom and was throwing the products were purchasing at the time

They NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK.THE FREEZER SECTION SHOULD JUST BE SHUT DOWN.WHOEVER DOES THE ORDERING NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT I DON'T THINK I'VE EVER HAD A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS LOCATION. JUST NEED INVENTORY. THE FREEZER SECTION GOES EMPTY FOR DAYS SEVERAL DAYS.
