“Well organized store with great staff. This location has 2 levels. You can usually find items on clearance sales. You can park directly by the store to enter or enter through mall access.”
“Brie in cosmetics is extremely skilled in color matching concealer & foundation. She goes above & beyond with her customers. She also has extreme product knowledge of what she is selling & will not sell a customer the wrong product. JCP has a gem in this employee. Brie is a 5⭐️ & i look forward to being a regular customer of hers.”
“I don’t usually do this but I just have to say something!! I went into the store this afternoon and there was this tall Black girl with pigtails stocking in the back and I asked her where the cream cheese was and she stopped what she was doing and helped me right away. She was so nice!! Then I’m checking out and GUESS WHO is on register lane 1?? The SAME girl. And still had the biggest smile on her face. I thought WOW she really does it all. Well I went back out later because of course I forgot something and I stopped for gas and would you believe she was there in the gas station!! WORKING!! I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but MY GOODNESS this young lady is a HARD WORKER and every single time I saw her she had that same smile. You just don’t see that much anymore.I LOVE this Walmart and it’s because of employees like her!!!”
“I live right next to Rouses. I have to go out of my way to come to your store, but I do it because of Dave. Dave is my favorite cashier and I will stand in his line even if there’s a shorter line even if I’m in a hurry because Dave is the epitome of Customer Service. Dave remembers me and he always asked me how I’m doing and it comes from a genuine place. It’s not weird or creepy or fake. Be like Dave. Even if Dave is just really good at fake remembering me it doesn’t even matter because it always makes me feel good and I’m always gonna come back to Walmart to say hi to Dave.”
