Bought 4 uses tires Wednesday August 14 3 were good but back right one kept losing air so went back and they tried to charge 16 dollars to plug it said we picked up a nail 2 days after I paid $60 for the tire smh ??♀️ the tire was bad for the jump and they would not replace it. Bad service!!

My husband went there to get a tire for my car, and was treated horribly, part of having a business is a thing called CUSTOMER SERVICE. He had face piercings, never told my husband his name. This was not the first time we have used them, but it will be the last, I guess he had a problem with his skin color, I would not recommend going here if you are WHITE, I am a person of color.
In regards to your comment, there is no other tire place on iberville, I live in the neighborhood ALL my life and no for a FACT there is no other tire place! Quit making excuses and get better some customer services skills!

Upon replacing my tires hubcaps that were less than 2 years old weren't placed on correctly driving one hub cap came off went back they placed hub cap back on with a zip tie. Told it was normal wear and tear refused to listen to what I had to say.01/08/2024People please I was wrong regarding my hubcaps Awesome Tire and Auto did nothing wrong my hubcaps fell apart due to the weather. I'm ery sorry for the review I placed above I didn't know what I was talking about. Please forgive me. You all have always been fair and reasonable to me as I've been a costumer since you all open. Thank you for treating with respect and honor.
