“I'm so grateful for Laurie and Haley for they're excellent services and extraordinary attitudes each and every time I come in contact with them. I had really gone through a very horrible situation and I felt like I was stressed and alone. They stepped in and personally told me and my daughter that we could finally breathe and I've been happy every since. Everything is always taken care of in a timely manner. And the grounds are kept very well. We love it here and I'm looking forward to staying here as long as I can. Thanks for everything Ladies . ?”

“Very grateful. Though the leasing office was already close because i had a last minute maintenance request. The maintenance still showed up and repair the alarm. Thank You so much.”

“Was there a year and loved every minute. Pet friendly is an understatement! They love having your fur babies visit them at the office. Almost every apartment in my building had at least one pet. Both Nancy and Alexa were great and I can’t thank them enough for providing a great place to call home. My cats absolutely loved the screened porch, they could safely be outside for hours and they seemed to really like the kind neighbors walking by and talking to them. A++”

“I moved to Grande View in 2021. I moved to the area from Georgia to assume a role as a local news anchor and reporter with WLOX. I am now heading out to another state for work (Feb 2024) -- but I first wanted to share how my experience has been living at Grande View.I immediately signed a lease here, and when it came to an end about 14 months later, I chose to renew because I actually haven't found another complex that compares. I've lived here with my large golden retriever in both a 1bed/1bath unit and 2bed/2bath. (The bathtubs and fireplaces are dreamy!)The location is perfect. You can walk to the beach anytime, drive about 15 seconds (or even walk as well) to Starbucks, restaurants, a movie theater, mall, an awesome thrift store that I also recommend - and quite a bit more. Our news station is also a 3-minute drive away. It's really convenient. But I also feel safe, even though we're in the hub of everything. I've never witnessed - or heard of - any crime here. I love that the entire property is gated. But I think what I love most about it is the staff/management. There's no frequent turnover like I've experienced other places. The same group of people have worked here during my time here, and they are genuinely so nice. (That is also true when it comes to the community as a whole - everyone is very friendly here.)I can honestly say I have never had a problem here that went unaddressed. I did face a couple moments of concern. But as soon as I communicated with the managers, they were on it right away to help me.I'm typically not the type to leave reviews for things. That is, unless I'm exceptionally pleased or incredibly disappointed lol. And I only have great things to say about Grande View. Sad to go. But I do hope I meet a team like this at my next location.10/10 recommend!”

“Great summary in information informally for listed insight and utilities of exercise and information about the preview in my likeness and in the price range I'm looking is around the 500ish but for others it may be the place for them of season. It would be annually for me,I kindle to the way picture and buildings are well kept in the matter and it's relevant to me in personal life; care of seeking for its type of environment. And other types of ways to say be a come up ? up..or so to speak..”

“For those looking for a great property to live at, I would highly recommend this property. We lived here for 2 years in a two bedroom townhome before we purchased a home. Had we not, we would still be here. The property is easy to get to, yet tucked off away from any riff raff. The entire property is well maintained all year and is always clean. Any maintenance request is promptly and properly taken care of. The ponds offer a great view and are packed with fish for those who want to fish. The pool area is always clean. The property is quiet, offers a sense of safety, and several police officers live on the property. The property definitely chooses quality tenants as there were never any issues in the years we lived there. The Maintenance crew are friendly and the property Manager, Debbie is courteous and professional. The parking is assigned which is great as we encountered issues everywhere else we lived as far as finding a spot to park. There is plenty of guest parking for any guests you may have also. The unit that we lived in had nice hardwood floors which were easy to keep clean. It has lots of natural light and high ceilings which give it a good aesthetic. Appliances are not dated and work properly. The units are quiet and walls are thick so you will almost never hear your neighbors. It had a large attic for storage as well. They are well insulated and our electric bill was very reasonable. The central air is newer and appropriately sized to the unit unlike most apartments/townhomes. The price you pay for what all you get at Southwind is more than reasonable especially compared to other properties in the area. It is not a low quality property and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, safe place to stay.”

“I had a great experience talking with these apartments. The lady on the phone was professional and gave me all the information I needed. Her name started with an M but I cannot remember her name and I would hate to mispronounce it. She told me to call anytime and I sure will!”

“Overall: Great choice in terms of location, convenience, and relative affordability. Main things to be cautious of are several hidden fees at the start, however the rent is still very affordable. This is a good location if you’re stationed at Keesler AFB (1 mile away) and want to be able to walk to the beach (1/4 mile away). The complex is older and a bit worn down, but the maintenance team is quick and efficient. They replaced a shower head and a cabinet magnet within one hour of the work order’s submission.Parking is simple. There are no decals, nor are there restrictions on guests. Good if you want to have several friends over, but can be bad if non-residents start crowding the lots.Rent is very affordable for being so close to the beach! Just take note of a few extra fees not included in the base rent:- Add another $25/month to your rent ($20 for water and $5 for garbage disposal).- If you have a pet, tack on an additional $35/month, plus an initial pet fee of $300.- There is also an initial deposit of $400 your first month that is not included in the rent.- Electricity is not included — you set it up with MS Power, which does include a $35 setup fee.- You’re on your own for Internet.Because of COVID, the front office is temporarily careful with accepting packages on your behalf. If you have something valuable being delivered, just ask them if there’s a way they could hold onto it for a short time, with minimal contact. They were flexible with me in this request, which I appreciate! They have laundry facilities on-site (no washer/dryer in unit). The doors do not lock to these facilities, so keep an eye on your laundry and set a timer. Washing and drying one load costs $3.25 total.”
