Woman running this place is very rude and very unsympathetic! I have been to multiple storage units and have been treated with the best respect! I will never contact this unit again

For three years I stored my items at this Self Storage and let me tell you, not one problem ever arose. I knew my sentimental pictures and pieces of art would be safe here, in the climate controlled unit. I looked all over the coast for a reasonable priced unit and all the ones I found were too expensive and then I came to this storage unit and I got a unit at a reasonable price PLUS climate controlled. I am very thankful to have done business with the nice ladies at the front desk and to have had my things kept safe. I will recommend to any one that I know that needs a unit. Y’all have been awesome! Thanks!

The facility is clean.
Secure. Cassie and angie are both very accommodating and very nice. They offer A variety of storage such as cover RV parking, climate control, and regular storage. Check with them first they have good right.

I've not really had a problem until recently after hurricane Zita. It took 3 weeks for us to access our unit because the unit door was off track. I stead of calling us to let us know we had an issue in the first place, we showed up to our unit to see we couldn't access it in the first place. I contacted the woman up front and she said it would be fixed in a week. The week arrived, I received a notice to come and unlock my unit so the door could be fixed. I left work early just so I could do that and the door wasn't even fixed that day. My husband and I drove by another day to see it was still not fixed. We received no call for an update (only 6 units had door issues). She said that it would be fixed next week. I drove by again to see if anything had been done.... nope. I was once again told it would be fixed the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I called this morning to verify that my door would be fixed today. The new lady had no clue and said I would get a call from the woman that's usually there. I was texted a while later that it would be fixed at 12pm. It is now 4:50 and I just drove by to see my door was fixed but my unit was noticeably unlocked. This would have been a different reaction if I was informed about what the changes were with my unit instead of me having to hunt down personnel so that I can find out what is going on. There needs to be some serious customer service training because this is beyond unprofessional.

We have done business for 6 years with B&G Climate Controlled Self Storage. The customer service has always been superb! The staff is super nice. The units are clean and well taken care of. You can rest assured that your belongings are safe with them. Highly recommend this business!

Scam with storsmart insurance program. The units leak into units. Stay away.Loss more that 30k in damage due to storage leaking and water damaged they would not pay for claim. Storage said had to get. This is fraud. Don't not do business. I'm filing fraud in my State and recommend you do they same.
