I got my nails done yesterday. Last night one was chipped. Today three of the dip nails has fallen off. Would not recommend.

If you are visiting Red Bay and need your nails done, this is a convenient place to go. He did a great job on my nails. If I lived here, I would definitely would go back.

I had appointment to have my nails re-filled: acrylic with Gel polish .I had a man do my nails, there was only him and his sister in the shop. I had two nails that had lifted and knew they have to be replaced. When he filed the polish off (using the electric drill) he asked my how old my nails were, I told him a couple of months.When using the electric drill to file off the polish he hit three of my cuticles. Didn't say sorry or oops or anything, just put a drop of the "stop bleed liquid" on the nails. Then he proceeded to remove all ten nails, when I asked him what he was doing he replied, "nails old"! I asked how much a new set was going to be, he said he'd only charge $5 more than fill. When I left the shop, my hands really hurt!It's been three days since the "fill/replacement" of my nails. Today, I have one finger that's infected ! So needless to say, I won't be returning.Service: Acrylic nails

Nice pedicure but took over an hour. I am used to Dip and they were unable to provide that so opted for acrylic for now. The man did not know anything about Dip and ripped it off my nails, very painful and bleeding. Next hand I insisted he soak my other hand off and gave him direction. My first hand required tips but he filed them down to the top of my fingers. He was unable to understand round and to remove the harsh corners it meant my nice tips got shorter and shorter. He also was very focused on his cell phone. He was very nice and responsive to my direction. My fingers hurt again the next day but I can live with how they look. They will grow out. Over all I spent almost 4 hours for a pedicure and basic tip/acrylic manicure.

RV'ers! Wonderful nail shop. Karla did my nails and pedicure and I loved her work. Very professional and very quick. I highly recommend.

They did an okay job. Didn't push my cuticles back before starting, and didn't go far enough down with the gell so I will need a fill in sooner then normal. Also the color I picked off the color chart came out alot different when actually applied. They were nice and repainted them for me at no charge. They had a different man in there today ho spike 0 English and he wasn't very nice, kept turning my wrist etc. The then this They did good. Not happy about having to get them filled in sooner then normal

Extremely SLOW & apparently understaffed. I waited 1 hour and only one person was ahead me because the other two were already being worked on when I got there. Ridiculous!!
