The staff is very friendly and professional plenty of room to maneuver your truck I also got lucky and got loaded a day early and there is parking outside on the street

Just wow. Brought the load back 10,700 pounds over gross, and was called an ignorant jackass for not delivering it. The "lady" in the office said drivers "take the load all the time without issue."
Had them take EVERYTHING off with a promise of this poor review, a call to corporate, and a promise to NEVER return.

This company is a huge RIP OFF! I purchased a mattress from their Amazon store, and it’s completely fraudulent - what came is not at all what is being described online. They claim it’s a Sealy product (which is laughable). When I went to register the mattress with Sealy the PGC and Serial numbers required for warranty were not on the mattress I purchased, and everything came back as an “invalid code” on Sealy’s website.The mattress tags had labels over the originals, and on one the word “prototype” was used. Upon barely unzipping the cover we discovered HOLES and a label completely proving it was not a legitimate Sealy. I’m pretty sure the Sealy tag was simply sewn on this product!Do NOT order anything from this company. I am furious I’ve been deceived this way, and hope this prevents others from being in my situation.

Had to give 1 star cause it wouldnt let me do less. Worst place to load. Been here 2 hrs and just now backed in after going back in and reminding them I was here. Slow,slow,slow
