So I ordered something back on May 9th and I understand it takes time to go through customs but this is totally ridiculous it’s only supposed to sit 1-2 days at the distribution center according to your sight but it’s been there for 4 days…today is June 10th been there since June 6

First I wld like to say I have a young man as my regular driver and he is wonderful. I was expecting 2 pkgs. A woman deeply engrossed in a cellphone conversation pulled up and delivered 2 pkgs. to my neighbors porch. I was 6 feet from her but unable to get her attention. I had to go to my neighbors porch to retriever his prescription drugs. My neighbors were expecting pkgs. and theirs were marked delivered but are lost in the wind. This driver was so deep in conversation she pulled out without even looking up. When I went to PO and spoke with supervisor I was rudely told that the mail carrier called me a liar. She denied being on her phone. Now another woman mail carrier is harassing me on fb. They need to hire better more professional mail carriers and definitely ones with better character. In all my years I have never dealt with such immature women. USPS shld have a no cellphone policy. This time it was only wrong delivery of my packages. Next time it cld be an accident, child or pet ran over.

So, I went to ship a box and didn't have my label affixed, I needed probably 2 pieces of tape. But nope, you have to buy a 4 dollar roll of tape. Obviously, if I had needed my whole package taped, sure, maybe, but just to affix the label. The associate made a ridiculous analogy, Walmart won't give you a glass of milk. Wth? They are retail and frankly, they provide essentials so you can buy things, bags, stickers, etc and dear, you are a government employee, which is a horse of a different color. Then she proceeds to ask me all the questions that she already knows the answers to because she's mad at me. And while I'm at it. Why does my and others mail end up in the wrong box pretty consistently and I can't count how many times packages have been shoved in my box that clearly don't fit, just so they don't have to walk the 15 steps to my door. Do better

POSTMASTER said, “none of us care about handling packages so if you want it there safely you’ll need to use a different carrier.” How?!? Then made fun of me asking me if I know how a conveyer belt works. Absolutely asinine. Another choice phrase : “We won’t follow words like “Fragile” or “Glass” because we just don’t.”

I have resided in other states throughout my life and have never had so many problems with the postal service. For Bay St. Louis to be a smaller city compared to larger city’s like Chicago and Atlanta it’s ridiculous. Packages left at wrong addresses Mail is delayed. Bank cards going to other addresses. Do they require their postal carriers to take a reading test. Please do something about the problems..

I was supposed to receive a package 2 days ago. It was out for delivery. Then all of a sudden it’s intercepted and no one can give me any answers as to why. Now it’s in Alabama? This is a time sensitive package for my daughter’s birthday party. I’m so confused.

If I could do this with no stars, I would. The carrier who delivers mail to Bayside Park doesn't care if you get your package or not. There's no dog in our yard, and everything is secure with cameras, but yet she's so lazy that she wants to say the package was undeliverable. This is the 3rd time that she has done this, so I think maybe it's time to find someone who will do their job properly.

Okay so... Why did you guys change the key on the PO Box? Trust me, the bill was paid for in advance so this is not a situation regarding delinquent billing.Furthermore, they avoid answering the phone. Call attempts are suddenly intercepted with a busy signal once the system transfers the caller to the front desk.A second, six-hour drive to the Post Office for this Group to fix the issue with the key, is not very convenient and is more or less considered a business trip. Thank God for taxation.All of the things one should keep in mind prior to selecting this office as the Company to be in Charge of your Business and Personal Mail.The bad news is, the service really does not get better by doing business with other Offices. Either accept this or pay higher prices for something more Privatized... Which is likely where we are headed next year. It in the end is not very effective to conduct business with the USPS because the ability to resolve issues that arise, has not been made a priority in their offices for quite some time.Yes... Imagine paying just to get treated like a number, or... Like you don't have a gripe at all. There are better services.

Our post office is great. The ladies that work here have been here for years, and they really know what they're doing. They'll even help you find the cheapest or free box. They're very friendly, even when the place is packed out.

Hoping this comment finds its way to our postal person. Please don't slam open and close our mailbox "door" so forcefully. Somehow you literally broke the door off the mailbox. This was no cheap plastic or flimsy metal mailbox.
