Tried to get my car back from repo and y'all were very rude the lady on the phone said she couldn’t email me any information after I told her I needed proof and said they worked with me for them to pay them back yet gave me no extra time and just kept threatening I was up for repo. Don’t say you work with people WHEN YOU DONT.

I don’t recommend anyone buying any cars from these people. They are a bunch of thieves. They’re very rude disrespectful when I first got in the car I had to get the head gasket replaced because when I took it to them, they didn’t do no work. I had a gas tank that was 3/4 over half a tank. I get the car back a week later Below half a tank yes I stop paying yes they repo the car but just know I am going you not to disrespect my son and now they will not let me get my stuff out of the so let it be known I will show you how we do it at the better Business Bureau and you will not be the first to be shutdown so enjoy and sell as much cars you can (Adam Dunn)

Viewed a car, asked some questions. Only received short answers from a guy (not the owner) who didn't seem very enthusiastic about his job. Lady who has been there forever was nice, kind, and patient as usual.

I recently stopped by. According to the name of this establishment I assumed I could inquire about tires. I spoke with someone previously about tires and stopped by to find out if they were able to locate the tires I needed. The lady “owner” was VERY RUDE AND CALLED ME A CRACKHEAD” I have never been so disrespected in my life.
Pros: lots of clunkers to choose from
Cons: 0 customer service skills.

The whole staff is very understanding and try to help you in any way whether it’s selling a car or repairing one you purchase with them Been doing business with this location for almost a year and car almost paid off!! Cant wait to be able to get and own another car through this dealership!!

I had bought a 2008 jeep patriot from them & in the end it cost me more in repairs with in 2 months of have the vehicle then I payed for it..Before buying a car from thrifty car sales I say look somewhere else first...The cars are over priced in my apion....

The cars are not worth the money they ask for.. They say one thing and do another.. They said they would fix their air.The mechanic messed up my car and I had to pay another mechanic $900 to fix their mess. Needless to say, they didn't fix the air conditioner when they said they did. It worked for a week and told me not to change the buttons. It has to stay where it's at. So they Jimmy rigged it to make it work for a minute. Would not recommend them to no one.
