Bought $1200 worth of tires from him. The balance was out from the start. Went back to him and he said come back in 1000 miles. They might be flat from sitting in the factory. I went back at 1000 miles and he couldn't get me in that day. He told me to bring my truck in Monday or Tuesday he might be able to get me in. Crook from the start.
I got them rebalanced that day in Long Beach for 80 bucks. They said 3 out of 4 were balanced wrong. What do I do? Go back to Jack's automotive and get my money back? For the $80 I spent he will be throwing away thousands of dollars in that I would of given him in the future. So disappointed
Horrible service.

Jack's is always good to us. Had issues with AC they did warranty their work.

Really Nonchalant people. Bought our vehicle there a few times because of word of mouth in this small town. However, this morning the interaction and customer service was very different. May as well bring car to the dealership and get an attorney and mechanic review, especially if they’ve done previous work on your vehicle. In process of it now.

Not friendly, had a flat on a truck hauling a 5th wheel. Pulled to a service road beside the shop and could not lift the trailer. Would not change tires or rent/loan me a jack to raise my truck sitting beside his shop. Had my own tools, but my jack was broken. Gave me the name of a tow service down tje road.

Had a tire with a nail in it. The mechanic fixed it quickly, and that was much appreciated. However, he used a rubber plug, which is meant to be used only as a temporary fix. If any place knows better than to use just a plug, it's a business that sells tires.

Very pleasant atmosphere I just stopped in for a full oil change ? the guy at the front desk was really nice and the guy who changed my oil greeted me with a smile!!!!? I highly recommend ?
