New to area and needed a dog paw trimming. They were extremely accommodating. Able to get in next day. Appointment went well. Set up a future trip for full hair cut etc. Thank you for being so responsive.

The very best!! Treats my fur baby so special! And is so personable. Treats you & you fur baby like family. My Rhett is has anxiety but he’s never nervous going there& comes out frisky & happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

They shaved my mini aussie all the way down. It’s not faded properly. Gapped up. Very unhappy paid $70.

Dog was clean and still smells good for days after. Trim looked good too. However, when I picked him up after being there for 2 hours he still had some mats in his fur and sleepers under his eyes.

The owner fired me after 1 month. I got a choppy groom complaint, which, according to her manager, happens to the owner alot. Choppy can be blended, no groomer is perfect all of the time, it happens. You fix it, I was not given that option. Another customer gets the shortest cut available and her dogs neck fur was unusually short, before I shaved it. It surprised me so I showed the manager. The customer complained but there's nothing I can do about that, if I could control hair growth we wouldn't need groomers. I know I am a good groomer, I've got a stack of customer reviews for the last 8 years. The manager talks non stop all day because she has a family member bathing and drying all of her dogs and I didn't want to be rude so my focus was constantly interrupted. I'm not passing the buck, but I wish I had known they had fired at least 4 previous hires. Owner told me. No one is perfect but choppy can be fixed in 5 minutes.

We asked that hair between pads not to be cut. They cut the pads and said they did not read the card. Why have the instruction card if they never read? We will not be back. They are not sorry for anything and now my dog suffers from grass s as clergies til the hair grows back.

Everything was as described! Very pleased with results of my fur baby's grooming. Clean, courteous, the epitome of professionalism. My local" go to! Recommend you book in advance, had loyal clientele, understandably.
