If I could leave a negative rating I would. Purchased a home that Coldwell Banker of Bay St. Louis held the listing.Terrible experience- I have dealt with several realtors during my life time - and this was the worst by far. Unethical - withheld information until the day of closing. Very argumentative and disrespectful. On speaker phone at time of closing - he used abusive language to our realtor.He told us didn’t care if he sold any homes.I advise anyone interested in a Coldwell Banker Bay St Louis listing to reconsider.

If you are listing your property for sale, be sure to do your listing contract for 2-3 months to start. If you are not happy with your listing/activity, the fact that the agents AND brokers will take hours/days to return your calls/texts/lack of communication will result in precious wasted time. When you express your dissatisfaction they won’t release you from the listing contract.

We had the most amazing experience with our realtor, Kevin Kulpeksa. He had to work with the seller's crazy realtor and our crazy loan officer. He did this with the utmost professionalism and patience. He was very kind in familiarizing us with our new area, things to do and local resources. Otis and I can't thank you enough, Kevin!
