The employees went above and beyond with repair of my vehicle! I had to get a headlight replaced and they cleaned my other headlight to make it look just as good as the new headlight that was replaced! Awesome customer service!! Highly recommend!!

We were driving to Pass Christian, and a flying piece of tire hit our bumper and did some pretty major damage. We used some zip ties to temporarily fix it, and We filed a claim with Allstate.
The incident happened on Friday, the appointment with Caliber was set for Monday, and We needed to leave back to Georgia on Tuesday. Lacy called me on Friday, and I explained the situation. She said she would have the guys take a look Monday morning and hopefully get me a short-term fix to make it back to Georgia.
I dropped it off Sunday night, and got a call around 3 on Monday. Caliber delivered fix that I need to get back home tomorrow: they popped the bumper back in place, snapped the grill back in, put a headlight back in, glued the black undercarriage back on, and they put the dysfunctional foam piece in my trunk to bring to an auto collision place in Georgia.
They did all this and didn’t charge me for anything! When I mentioned payment he said that I could tip his mechanic $40 bucks and leave a good Google review. For the amount of work they did, they deserved more. I tipped $50 and am leaving a great review. This is a good company with caliber quality people.
I transferred my insurance claim to a Caliber Collision in Athens, Georgia. Expect nothing less than excellence from this place. ❤️

We brought our car in for repairs after a minor collision. This team was professional, courteous and easy to work with. We appreciated the daily updates from start to finish. The repairs were completed and it looks like the damage never happened. Great job!

Excellent service received from this business. Took my car in on Thursday and it was ready and completed by Friday. Very happy with all aspects of this experience. Monte was professional and thorough in his communication and service. Much better than any service I had received from dealership.

The crew at Caliber coordinated very well with my insurance company, did a thorough evaluation of my damage, repaired it beautifully with Subaru parts, kept me updated on the progress, found some concealed damage and repaired it, and returned it to me cleaner than when I brought it. Friendly people, great body work and painting, excellent communication.
