This location has a worker named Dillon that was disrespectful on the phone so me and my father whoes phone we were trying to get fixed came to the store and he continued to be rude and tried to blame it on us instead of taking responsible for his own unprofessional actions, I strongly urge not to deal with this associate

Absolute worse service that I've ever received at any Boost Mobile Store. I went in on 8/27/21 to have Sim card changed out on my Galaxy S9. Left there with my phone not working and they didn't know what to do. Went back on Saturday and brought my Galaxy S8 to switch out so I would have a phone for the Hurricane. First they want to charge me a $35.00 activation fee even though I've been with Boost for 6 years. Then they couldn't switch it out. Tried to purchase another phone for a special price since they screwed my phone up and had no answers on how to fix either one of them....no special price. Many people that were in the store on Friday and Saturday complained about the service they received at this location including signs be put on the door that they were closed when the worker were down the sidewalk smoking and they had to drive to the Hwy 49 Gulfport location. Word of advise....find a different service or definitely a different store.

Once again I was sold a phone that stops working a couple months after i buy it. And once again this store isnt open at normal business hours. waited for 45 min for them to open today and the still are not open. 11/30/2021 Do better with hiring.

Never open on time. And dont think you can pay your bill if you need to cause they aint open. Opens at 12 on sundays its 1245 and still no one at the store. Cant get a card to pay my bill because you can only put 100$ on it at a time and my bill is 121$.

Not happy with the service I got today September 23 at 12:10am got there at 11:50 had to wait because they was out to lunch when she opens the door she didn't have her mask on my wife and I came in my wife had he mask pulled down the employee told her she had to put her mask on I asked the employee where her masked was and she started yelling at us I have been with boost for 5 years now and have never been treated this way by the other employee hope they start getting better employee that will do there job right.

2 days in a row the person who is working, leaves a sign and says be right back!! Well ,I waited over a hour to swap my service to boost . But since the lady didnt come RIGHT BACK!!!!! I went a block down the road and got cspire?♀️? GOOD LUCK to anybody trying go to this location!!!!
