“I took my car in after shopping around with other competitors. Collin quoted me $100 less than the others and even ordered the parts for my car over the phone. I came in when the parts arrived and after inspection, he said they didn’t see anything wrong with it except for some extensive rusting underneath, causing friction. He didn’t want to charge me for unnecessary work and I really appreciated his honesty. A few weeks later, my car started making a strange noise. I brought it in, he looked at it right away, said I needed the caliper and pads replaced, possibly the rotor too. Parts came in that afternoon, he called to let me know, and I took the car in the next day. He got my car in for the repair in no time and charged me way less than what the competitor wanted to charge and his initial quote. I was so happy and my car was running great after.
