Waited over 40 minutes on a pickup order. I could have gone in and shopped and checked out if I knew they were going to be this slow. Was the only car waiting in the pickup parking spots also, to point out.

The bathroom was disgusting. I mean ugh. I reported it and they immediately looked for someone to clean it. Thank goodness. If I hadn’t had to use the restroom they would have gotten 5 stars today. That’s all I will say ?

The only good thing about this particular Kroger is the deals and even then when you're looking for something in particular it's never in stock... Workers are HORRIBLE!!! attitudes, can never help with anything. You have to make sure you check your items thoroughly before leaving the store because theyre know for shelving OLD food.

Everything in the meat department so high as hell that I'm thinking about becoming vegan. And let's not get started about the annoying self checkout machines, you could be doing everything right and it will suddenly act up and yell at you, get it together Kroger.

Their fuel points program (specifically concerning the multiple points on gift cards) is deliberately difficult at best (you have to digitally clip a coupon on the app or you don’t get the points) and dishonest at worst (the sign in the store clearly says 4x points on gift cards… No limits or exceptions mentioned, but that is not available.). When this was pointed out they said that deal is over. I said they should take the sign down and the response was, “oh we can’t do that.” Again, they are being deliberately difficult and even outright lying. Buyer beware…
