I went today needing syringes for my insulin the pharmacist asked if I bought my insulin from there and I told him no. Well he told me he couldn't Give me any for that reason I'm thankful that I wasn't in desperate need to take my medicine. Never again I will deal with this Pharmacy by the way my insulin comes mail order

1st, I would like to say all customers should be treated equally in self check (cashier ). Thank the white man for shopping with kroger and not the black woman. 2nd, everybody is not computer savvy. If you don't have the app, you pay the highest price, and you must buy 5 items to get a discount everybody don't have 6 people in their family where you need to buy 5 items digital is not for the elderly.

This pharmacy’s quality has drastically gone down over the years. Either you wait in a long line or they don’t have your prescriptions ready when they said. Just today when I arrived no one was in line, I waited there for over 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I wasn’t greeted or thanked for my patience. I find this a very poor way to treat your customers and I’d love to see improvement with the staff.

Bought this white American cheese from Kroger in Batesville and when we got home, found foreign matter on most of the slices. Drove 15 miles back to return the cheese and the woman in customer service looked at it and said "they must not have cleaned the machine" and processed our refund. We then asked what the price was on firewood and the woman in customer service said she didn't know, that they change the price every time it's delivered and to ask someone else. I found someone else, asked the same question and was told to ask the woman in customer service. When I mentioned we had and were told to ask someone else, she talked to a bagger and came back to tell us he would help. That was the last we heard from anyone. We waited a bit, then gave up and went down the street to Piggly Wiggly, where we'll be doing our shopping for the duration. There seems to be a push to have a "midday huddle" at this store, but it's obvious they don't discuss customer service or food safety.

Saturday at 6 pm. 6-8 carts for shoppers while a dozen employees stand around. Check out the filthy floor. By far the dirtiest Kroger I’ve ever seen !!!! Batesville deserves better.

I shop this Kroger because it is convenient to where I live. however i would never recommend this store. The customer service is horrible, the shelves are empty most of the time ...never any steaks out and apparently they cant cut any either .. the seafood selection is crap. this is the second year I have ordered a cake first time had to be redone 3 times go to another store to get pieces and then was barely ready in time for party after ordering 3 weeks ahead. last weekend t

I use to love Kroger Pharmacy. I don't know what happened, but they are too slow with people's prescription. I was there an hour and 30 minutes waiting on my baby's medicine. Nobody should have to wait that long when they're not feeling well.

I am definitely a Kroger fan now, and will continue to shop there whenever one is near. Their customer service was outstanding! It was very refreshing to make my purchases w ease, convenience, and friendly faces all around. Thanks Kroger staff for making my life easier on this hectic Black Friday.
