Yea idk who's the manager but i was just trying to get a job the manager told me "im waiting on 3 background check thats been taking a month to come back" but literally yesterday was telling me they needed help bad but nope i get racially profiled we know background checks dont take that long for a family dollar but its cool ion even coming there no more.

Poor management, staff is not informed of special sales. Went for the big grand opening sale and the staff knew nothing about it. I asked what time they open the next day no one working knew. Brand new store with lots of empty shelves. Very unprofessional.
