I’ve always used Oreily’s for all my parts, and over the years I have spent a good bit of money there, but last week I sent my young in-experienced daughter by there to pick up an oil dipstick I had ordered because she was going to be in my ride heading to work. She was nervous about putting the dipstick in herself because she had never done it before so I told her to ask one of the associates to go out and either show her or put it in for her and they would not go out and help her. That upset me pretty bad. All the money I have spent there and they couldn’t take a few seconds to go out and help her.

I have been in there 2 different times this year with issues on parts and Gracie, which is the store manager was really helpful and I felt went out of her way to make things right. Thank you!

Stopped by to have batteries checked in my daughter's 2000 ford truck.. Chris was very helpful..came out and tested them..1 bad & 1 low voltage..so he got the nee ones and loaded them in the truck for us...we told him we would swap them at home and return the cores..

My brother put some white striping strips on my mom's car and she did not like that. So I went to O'Reilly's to see if they had something that I could take the striping off without taking the paint off of her car, and they did have it so I bought some. They were courteous and very helpful.
