“I have been looking for home internet for 5 years. When we first moved here nothing but Satellite was available, even though an ATT fiber sub was sitting directly across from my driveway and already had a work order put in, but noone turned it on. So we ended up with Viasat; doesn't work that great and is unstable. With all the talk of Fiber coming a few years later, still we got skipped over and left as underserved. The tornado that came thru destroyed the mediocre cell service we had so it just got worse. I called ATT again about the fiber substation and still nothing happened. I checked around to all fiber and local and major cell services, Cspire, ATT, Verizon and then decided to check Tmobile service availability again and this time it said we were eligible. Not only eligible but in an area with the best 5G they had! Still in doubt I went to our local store and it was confirmed! I was so relieved to finally be able to get reliable service. Without a signal you cant get warnings from any broadcast, including code red, MDOT, or WTVA, and its very nerve racking! The rep on site was Shaun K. and he was the best help. He explained everything in detail and was patient with all my questions. About an hour later I walked out with my new equipment and in less than 10 minutes it was up and running and sooooo much faster than Viasat. Thank you TMOBILE and Shaun for serving this under served area and giving me peace of mind!”
