Everytime when it storms, heck even when it just rain, we lose connection everytime. And sometimes even after it stops raining, we don’t get service until the next morning.

The worst customer service ever. I have called twice to see if I could get internet service with them and has been told both times that someone will be calling me back to let me know and see what package I would like. Still haven’t heard from anybody. I don’t recommend.

I once bragged about them. The last 3 or 4 months though you can almost count on the internet dropping 4 or 5 times daily.
