We had a great experience with Kimberly but the only reason for my rating is we use them everytime but for some reason our state got messed up due to the Lady called Q and we didn't find out about it until this year when almost half of of taxes were taken due to a penalty with because of interest charges when it would've originally been around $300 which wouldn't have been right either but apparently we have to fix this mistake after paying H&R to do that. BUT KIMBERLY IS WONDERFUL & VERY HELPFUL I WOULD RECOMMEND HER ANY DAY!
