Traveling from out of town and had a screw in the tire. We talked with the counter help who allowed us to bring our search and rescue dog into the climate controlled atmosphere. The vehicle was attended to immediately and repaired within 30 minutes. Great customer service and hospitality. If needed I’d go back to this place of business for my tire needs.

These people are AWESOME!! I came down to Amory to assist with relief efforts after the tornado. While there, I picked up something that punctured my tire, resulting in a flat tire. One of the local guys on my crew took me to Gideon's. They got me in immediately and went to work on the tire. While waiting, I noticed they had turned their entire storefront into a "free store" for those who lost personal items in the storm. The had non-perishable food, clothing, househol items, etc. available for those who needed it.Cool people? Definitely! Involved in their community? Definitely! Would I go there again if I was within 150 miles and needed service? DEFINITELY!

Tim is a pretty good old boy. I have been knowing him for years. Way before he got into tire business. Great service he has. Girl up front is nice and helpful. She can answer any question about tires. Just a down home place to do business.

Wife took van in for alignment, pretty sure no alignment was done, guy just swapped front tires and over filled them with air. Went from pulling left to pulling right. Called back now he doesn't work there? 80 dollar ripoff
