“9/14/2024 I purchased a bag of dog food that was full of moths and maggot looking larva. I don't know what kind of crazy math their computer is programmed for but to exchange this item on 9/15/2024 I would have to pay over $124 (including tax) for one good bag of dog food that is normally $89.99. I left the buggy bag of dog food in the store and video recorded that I did leave it in the store. I dare TSC to respond to the contrary, that would be liable. I did use $34.82 in reward points when purchased, it appears I lost that plus more.
9/18/2024 update. The store manager called me and advised me a bag of dog food was being delivered to my home. He apologized for the incident and informed me the employee who caused this mess had been dealt with. I had given them a 1 star review because of this negative experience. Upon reflection that was unfair and I have changed it to a 4 star. One bad experience does not negate the excellent customer service I have received these past few years since the store opened in Amory.”
