The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give great advice and if they can't help or don't have what you need they will point you in the right direction. Which is a downfall. They don't always have what we need so we have to go somewhere else.

I experienced a city of brotherly unity after the storms. These folks were feeding anyone hungry from their grill. Offered chips and drinks and wouldn't take a dime! And the hardware team all rocked! Even had my truck loaded before i came out of the store!! Cant wait to go back to their place! I dont have a place like this on the coast.

Great knowledgeable people. Went in expecting to buy a complete ice maker kit, but they have tubing and fittings without all the parts I did not need and would have to pay for and throw away. If they don't have it you don't need it.

This is a great hardware store! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's a pretty big store that is well kept (always clean) and easy to navigate. Since they have opened, my trips to the big box hardware stores have diminished.
