I take guitar lessons with the man who owns the store. He is so nice and never cheats you on time. If there is any time not spent taking lessons (such as a customer entering the store) He will make note of it and arrange a time of week where you can come in, and make up that missing time. He also lets you try out all of the instruments freely. He let me blow the building out with an electric guitar I have been eyeballing for a while. If you happen by this store, stop by and spend some time browsing. And did I also mention that the prices here are great?

Buxton's Music Central in Aberdeen Mississippi has a HUGE stock of guitars, mandolins, banjos, ukuleles, bass guitars, keyboards, keyboard amplifiers, guitar and bass amplifiers, mixers, power amps, speakers, subwoofers, lighting, processors, drums and drum hardware, etc. I have not seen half as much stock in any other music store I have been to in Northeast Mississippi. I like the fact that I can put my hands on a piece of equipment that I am interested in and hear how it sounds and see how it performs. When I decide to buy anything, I can get it immediately and not have to wait for it to be "ordered". Great place!
