Caseys north: I ordered online (almost an hour ahead of pickup) a pizza with double pepperoni on all, add pineapple and light onion on left side (I know, what side is left ). I received a cold pizza w single pepperoni and plenty of onion on all of it. No pineapple and the kids wouldn't eat the pizza cuz it tasted like onions. I called and said Im not mad and mistakes happen but I paid extra for the toppings and would like to be reimbursed for those. I was told there was nothing she can do but offer me free breadsticks. What crap. Last thing I want are more cold breadsticks. My order was obviously made when I ordered it and not fresh for my future pickup time I had set. After all the other complaints about them I see on here I still ordered with them to base my thoughts on my own experience. Zero out of 5 stars.

This Casey's helped us out a lot in a tough situation! My young son got carsick on a road trip from the Twin Cities to Iowa and threw up all over the car just outside of Zumbrota. The station gave me some cleanup supplies to tidy up my car, and the nice attendant gave my other child (traumatized by vomit all over the car) a little treat to calm her down. The staff was generally pleasant with us. We eventually made it to Iowa and my son felt much better. Thank goodness for these folks and their kindness!

I went to Casey's for cigarette and was told that their machine for check out was not working, that I had to use cash only, I don't carry cash with me, than this black woman the cook came out and started an argument with me, this is the 2nd time, I want to report her, she lied about me being with my grand children, I have not seen my children or grandchildren in 8 years.

Pizza was ordered at this location, and we waited at the other location in town. Nobody greeted us. And when she acknowledged, she was passive aggressive about speaking up or we’d stand there all day. Pizza order was wrong, but we didn’t realize until we were home.

The young part-timers just don't care about the job or the store even really- which is a little expected- but little immature too.

This slightly smaller Casey's seems to be the peak of cleanliness and efficiency. The location is easily spotted and the store is not cluttered which is a my thing to peeve about. There is a selection of drinks that is not just Coke and Pepsi products but a wide variety of teas and juice and of course the famous Casey's pizza which I seem to hear about every time I'm in a small town Casey's, including this time as two men coming in at the same time couldn't wait to get the pizza. *Although it doesn't bother me, but for those who are pandemic fearful only I and another employee wore a mask, one employee did not and two customers entered without masks.

I love the pizzas and wraps. And best of all I'm supporting a local business.

I'm writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic. The employees that make the food do not wear masks. I have experienced this on several occasions and with 2 different employees. If you are concerned about corona virus transmission, do not go here. They also do not enforce mask laws on customers, I have been in there with 5 customers without masks, nobody did anything. Will not be going here again as I believe in science and care for the safety of myself and those I am in contact with. I have notified the MN department of health and local police. Casey's owners, if you are reading this, shame on you. You need to do better to protect the people of this community. I hope you get shut down.

The pizza was delicious! The kitchen crew were helpful, the manager went above and beyond to assist in making right a common mistake that is apparently made frequently. However, the cashier had a chip on her shoulder after I questioned her for being overcharged for the items I was buying. She corrected it at the managers delegation, slammed the cash register drawer and just looked at me. I said, "thank you, have a great day." She said nothing. I think she needs a hug.
