I herniated my back a couple years ago and have a disc that will slip easily. If I hadn't been taking TRX classes and Pilates classes for the last couple of years as part of my rehab I wouldn't be out shoveling today. I have shoveled 3 times so far in this show storm and I feel great (as much as great can be when we are talking shoveling). Thank you
