no point in calling- you’ll wait on hold for over an hour and nobody ever answers. They also deliver all my packages to the wrong address EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
They never find them and never take you serious when you tell them they deliver it incorrectly every time.

I am consistently getting people that live blocks away knocking on my door and bringing me my packages. My next door neighbors bring me my packages and I have to bring them theirs. No matter how many times I have brought this to the staffs attention here, it seems they have a problem with anybody actually expecting them to do their job.

Station manager is great but the rest of the staff is horrible. Lazy drivers don't even attempt delivery of packages even with a plowed driveway and we are home all day. Scheduled a redelivery and it's been days and have had multiple other packages delivered. This has happened multiple times even with no snow. They also cant figure out how to deliver to the actual address on the package. I have to constantly let my neighbors know I have their packages.

Package delivered and placed directly under dripping water and half in the snow. When a foot away was dry and out of the elements. In the package was an electric keyboard and sitting with that was a book. I understand it's a busy time of year but come on this was absolutely terrible and during a winter storm so the package was completely wet. I took pictures of the box after it sat inside for almost 3 hrs.

I can't say enough good things about the people who work at the Zimmerman P.O. location.They were always helpful and friendly, even during the most stressful times and situations.I constantly order vinyl records and CD'S online, and those wonderful ladies there have always taken the utmost care of me and my packages. They knew my needs right as I walked through the door!We had a wonderful mail carrier as well. I wish I could remember her name and give her a shout-out. She was very kind to both my teenage son and I and always looked out for our precious packages, as we lived in an apartment building.My son and I have just moved to Princeton, and I will truly miss everyone at that post office!Thanks for everything, ladies! ❤️ ?Marilyn Meissner/Jack

We are tired of our mailbox either being left open or not clicked shut. We list our house payment, and electric bill on the same day. I went to a drop box in Elk River MN, and it was so full, mail was coming out. I stopped at the post office and all they said was, bnb oh, that one fills up quickly. I bet it wasn't emptied in days. I handed her my mail and she made it seem like it was making her work. If you don't like your job, QUIT!!! Tou make good money for doing nothing!!!

I was expecting a package and it was tracked to the Zimmerman office and never delivered. I tried to get there assistance in locating it and in a nutshell I was told not our problem. The tracking never showed the package leaving the office. In my opinion someone there stole it because it was electronics. So sad. I will never ship using them again

This post office is a joke! Ever since moving to Zimmerman every single piece of my mail has been late. The employees don’t give a damn. They don’t seem to understand that sometimes people depend on the mail and checks coming into the mail to provide for their family! Disgusted.
