I can not rave enough about baylee. She is such an amazing stylist. Got me to the perfect blonde, I have never had someone get the perfect style that I’ve asked for. So professional and makes you feel so comfortable in the chair.

Absolutely LOVE Total Image Salon! Alicia is amazing and so is the rest of the staff!! I always look forward to my hair appointment days! Worst hair cut and color I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone! They are charging high-end salon prices, but you maybe get Fantastic Sam's quality. Baylee has zero scissor skills. I came in with waist length hair in great condition and asked to have it cut mid back. It is shorter than my shoulders. I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed and re-colored. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I recently moved to Zimmerman and needed a long overdue haircut and eyebrow wax, they were super nice and by far the cheapest I've ever paid for these services while doing an amazing job. I've now been twice and will continue going here for my cuts and waxes.

I have been all over and it’s hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. Especially when you want the perfect shade of blond. Not only is the owner the sweetest lady around, she is extremely talented and is always able to fit me into her schedule. My daughter and I will not go anywhere else.
