We couldn't be more pleased with our new shutters. I left a message with Dawn on a Friday night and got a return call early Monday morning. That was the first sign of a well organized company. The day we had our home visit, just a few days hence, George was so informative and answered every question we asked and gave us more information that we ever expected. Five weeks later I am sitting here totally satisfied with a very professional installation and enjoying our new shutters. They make the house so bright and well tailored and clean. Couldn't be happier.

Initial bid was very competitive…Shortly after, George came and took measurements. When the shutters came in, George delivered and installed them himself. They fit perfectly and look great. We would use their services again.

It has been so easy and pleasant working with Dawn and George. George was very helpful during the initial consultation and answered our questions thoroughly so we could decide the style, size and whether to include tilt rods. We had the shutters installed recently and they have completely changed the look of our home. One aspect that I didn't consider while waiting for the shutters to be produced was how the exterior frame would look. They made each window look larger and more polished. The installation went smoothly and we are still in awe of how much better every room looks with the shutters. We love them so much that we decided to finish the remaining windows and 2nd patio door with shutters. George even came back to add an additional piece to our patio door shutters and they look beautiful! I have a hard time not gushing about the shutters but they were worth every penny and in addition to simply making our lives easier (especially darkening the bedrooms which mini blinds could not do) we believe they are a fantastic update which will elevate our home should we decide to sell it in the future. Dawn and George are dedicated to providing the best service possible and our experience could not have been more pleasant or satisfying. Thank you!!
