The tech was very knowledgeable and polite. He even put on little booties over his work boots. He looked at both issues and gave me great recommendations. He said our pressure tank was starting to go out but said it will go a bit longer. He didn't pressure me to replace it now. He said he will work on a quote and if the company can install it to call them back. He asked a couple of times if there was anything else he could check while he was here. I did ask about some faucets and he assured me they were fine. He even gave me tips on DIY projects! Very nice. The only downside today was their large window of arrival time. But everything worked out.

Rol-Air/Hero Home Services is so accommodating to their customers. They managed to find a slot in their schedule to send me the very best technician to repair my air conditioner. Nick was knowledgeable, informative and gave me options. He told me ahead of time as to what was needed and patiently explained why. Nick even took and showed me pictures of the inside of my unit. I certainly highly recommend Rol-Air!

I’m so angry with customer service that I will never use your company again. Wrong phone number was called after we were very specific on which number to call. After my husband and I called multiple times to see if I was on your list for service and was told yes, I am called at 6:00 pm to reschedule. I honestly don’t feel you deserve a review to improve. Terrible communication within your company.

Nick was an awesome and knowledgeable guy who had my AC issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Price was extremely reasonable and they made it out only a few hours after I called. Will definitely use them again.
