I brought my truck here and it needed a new transmission. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the work. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything. I definitely found my go to repair shop.

I was in need of installing an intoxalock (alcohol monitoring device) due to a DWI. This was a place that was local to me to have that completed. My first encounter was ok, I was nervous of course due to my circumstances but it seemed to be working as I had learned it should. Having one of these requires calibrations of the device in increments, so I scheduled to have that completed as needed. After my first calibration by car started acting up and a bunch of the computer sensors would trigger off for reasons I could not explain. I called them about it and they could not help me and stated it was "up to the company that monitors the device". In which I found out was BS. After my second calibration my car would barely make it down the road back to my home. I had to drive in to the nearest service station and have someone pick me up. The work done there had to do with the computer in my car. Fine, it wasn't brand new car BUT this has never happened before. The following weekend I headed to WI for a grad party and broke down again for problems with my car, Needless to say I called and they stated it didn't have to do with the installation of the device. Two more incidents later and I have been taking my car to a different place in a different town.....no problems what so ever!! I had the device removed this past week and the mechanic came out to me and said "May I ask where this was installed because it was all MESSED UP" - I said really - that's funny and told him about my entire last years issues with the thing and he said " that would explain your issues" I give j & T Auto and sales a big fat ZERO!! and I will be talking to others about your shitting service when it comes to people trying to get their ducks in a row to follow the law and how you f*** it up! Also reporting this place to intoxalock as they are NOT QUALIFIED to help the customers paying a lot of money for all of this!!

Bought my 2007 Toyota Corolla at J & T Auto in 2012. Still Driving the same care today (8 years later) with zero mechanical issues. Only Maintenance tasks (Oil, Tires, etc.). It was a quick and easy process when I did buy the vehicle. They even cleaned it up really well before I picked it up the next day.
