Very rude people. I drove 45 minutes to get my nails done to get laughed at and get told to come 3 days later. I do not recommend. Environment is very rude.

Was told to go here, but my experience wasn't great at all... spent over 300$ for my daughter and i to get each a full set and pedicures...her nails looked awful and very thin. Mine were so thick, I just went home and stated filing my own nails down. Each nail was about 3cm thick...I probably won't return here. I'm not sure what all the hype was about...

Decent customer service. Prices could be better. They are busy so better to make an appointment. I however made an appointment and still waiting over an hour after my appointment while they kept taking other people in front of me.

My sister and I went here to get our nails done and the lady doing my sisters nails glued the tip onto her skin so when her nails grew out it had ripped her skin underneath her nail and it bled. The lady who did my nails did not give me what I asked for after repeatedly telling her what I wanted. She also had the acrylic on my skin so my nails lifted within a week of having them. Definitely do not recommend coming here.

Made an appointment for 3 of us. We showed up and we didn’t have to wait at all they were ready to go. Also I work at a semi trailer mechanic and my nails have lasted 3 weeks at this point which is absolutely unheard of especially with me! Really great place to get your nails done will 100% be going back and recommending to others!
Cleanliness: Salon was super clean.
Stylist: Did exactly as I wanted, love them and get soooo many compliments on them.

I went here for the 1st time, I live in Cambridge and have been unhappy with the pedicures around there, definitely worth the 30 minute drive! It’s not far and you get “city” quality service. Really nice inside, An did my nails and he did a quick and amazing job! I will definitely be making this my regular spot to get pedicures

If I could leave zero stars I would. Once again, show up for an appointment made last week only to be “shown” their book that they did not write me into. She even had the audacity to tell me to show her on my phone that I actually called last week and made it. I showed her. Silence for a couple minutes. She then said I made an appointment for something completely different. Mind you this is after clearly there was no one available to do the service anyway. Obviously scrambling for an excuse. I don’t know why I keep going back there. This will be the last time.

Best nail salon in Zimmerman! The salon is so clean and updated, the owner is friendly and knows each customer by name! Love this place!

The salon generally does a good job on gel manicures. They recently remodeled the salon which looks good. However, the last time I was there, they caused extreme damage to my nails by using a drill to remove the gel nail polish. It is taking months for the damaged nail to grow out and consequently get back my healthy nails. So I won't go back for a gel manicure unless I insist that no nail drills are used. (By the way, I noted that in their inspection report, they were cited for using nail drills "not intended for human use". I think I found a nail drill similar to the one they used on Amazon, which was marketed for manicures - but maybe the regulators don't "approve" of its use.)

Got a fill done and polish change, it was done better than any other place I have been to both in and out of state. My only regret was not getting the name of the nail tech because I would love to book all my future appointments with her! 10/10 would recommend this place!
