“I came to this shop as a last resort because my car was shaking and my check engine light was on. The office receptionist said they were very busy but she would try and get someone out to me to check to see why the check engine light was on. I said thank you, I will wait in my car. Well knowing they were busy I was patient. Then about 20 minutes later a man stepped up to my window and asked if I was waiting for someone. I told him why I was there. He went and got the code reader and came back. Checked what code it was and told me it was the engine coil. He told me I couldn't drive it until I got the engine coil fixed and I told him I had no choice but to drive it. I didn't expect to get my car fixed today but thanks to him it was. What a miracle. Found out later he was the owner. All I can say is he made my year thus far and showed me the good in people which I thought didn't exist anymore. Thank you Al and thank you to the rest of your crew, who were all extremely nice to me. I will not take my car anywhere else for anything. “I would highly recommend Keith’s Repair to anyone who is looking for a top notch neighborhood mechanic. Keith was able to fit us inti his schedule before the holiday. He was also able to make the correct diagnosis on my daughter’s vehicle.
