They did a septic design completely wrong as far as the size of the lot. they just got it wrong and they would not redo it. They said we have to get a survey which would be anywhere from $2000-$2500. We had two lots - one 60 feet and one 20 feet and then right beside it was another 20 feet for the neighbor. They did it at hundred instead of our 60+20=80 feet. Like I said they jusy made a mistake/ just did it wrong and they wouldn’t re-do it. Not good customer service.

I would stay away. She did a septic design a little over a year ago. She does not take the core samples deep enough for the drain field. She only went down 18 inches and gave up in clay soil. Didn't do her research with the city locating old drain fields. Not responsive to emails. Just wants fast cash. Septic Company that installed the tanks and drain field had problems with her numerous times. Lucky the company found pure sand below 18 inches. I only needed a 3 ft high mound. Her design was for 6-7 ft high mound. Her design made my bid higher. I lost a bunch of money. Only reason I gave one star was that she was on time.

Ashley did a great job with our septic design. She was very thorough, and it was clear that she really knows what she’s doing and gets the job done right the first time. She was also very efficient, and had a very quick turnaround time. I would definitely recommend ARK to anyone needing a septic design!

Highly recommend Ashley and Ark Septic. Her knowledge of the field and excellent customer service were top notch. Selling a home and needing a new septic can be very stressful and Ashley took this item off my list. She worked me in to her schedule and provided a design that worked great for the property, promptly met with city inspector and all for a very fair price. Honest, skilled and priced fairly. ARK provided us with excellent and prompt service. We recently sold our home and made several calls to a competitor who our HOA has a contract with and who has done regular maintenance to our septic system. The compliance report should have been issued immediately from the work that was completed the month prior. After repeated phone calls we were left with no compliance report and no promise of when it could be done. ARK listened to our urgent request and came out to inspect the very next day so that we could meet our deadline for closing. Thank you ARK for your excellent customer service!
