I took my Ford Explorer in recently for strut replacement and while we did encounter an issue with the part after repair, the warranty process to fix/replace was made extremely easy by Shane and his team. “Friendly office staff. I had an oil change and tire rotate done on my Tacoma. They looked over the vehicle for other concerns. My front brakes are getting low, but I valued the honesty of how much longer they would last instead of just being told to it’s time to change them. Fair, honest and quality shop. “My Ford F150 was leaking antifreeze so I called and Tom answered right away. We was able to look at my truck and fix it the next day. The entrance is in the middle of the two garage doors. I was unsure where it was. This is the definition of a quality family owned business. Great service and great prices. He replaced my water pump and I saved $200 by going through him.”

I also had a check engine light on and Connor scanned the code and told me how to fix the problem. Always speedy, friendly service. Will continue to get my oil changed here.”
“I sent my truck to another transmission shop for programming, they didn't say anything about my harsh 1-2 upshift and at least try and fix it. I then sent my truck to Lakes Transmission and they diagnosed some valve body parts that failed and needed replacing. My transmission shifts normal now and I was pleased with the price. I will go here for my transmission needs in the future”

“I am from 2 1/2 hours away from Forest Lake for a funeral. I was in dire need to have a strange noise looked at and Mario took my car right in. He was very prompt to let me know the issue, and how unsafe it could be to drive home. His team took pictures, and explained everything thoroughly. He didn't want me to feel pressured to have his team to fix the issue, but knowing I had to get back home for work, he ordered the parts just in case I needed them.
