Lost 250 gallons of propane from my LEASED residential tank from a leaking valve after it was filled by a service technician, completed ran out of propane over a month span(no we didn’t smell it, we live across from a field that was spreading fresh manure), had to wait 3 cold days to get refilled, then told he didn’t find a leak, only to be leaking out of the one place he didn’t check, he had to come back and fix it the next day. And to compensate for all the lost propane from a faulty valve on one your tanks I get offered a measly 25 gallon credit on my next purchase! And I get accused of tampering with the valve! There will be NO next purchase from me! So disappointed to see that you don’t look out for your customers and stand by your equipment!
